Richard m'a livré ce vélo-cargo à l'heure dite ce dimanche. Un cargo " Gazelle Cabby " bien entretenu certes sans assistance électrique mais cette gazelle donne des ailes ( avec ses 7 vitesses ) ! Bref , ça gaze avec elle pour moi sauf , peut-être , pour aller à Montmartre ou aux Buttes-Chaumont !... Et Richard est un cargo-biker très sympa !

Parents d'enfants de 2 et 5 ans et utilisateurs d'un cargo Load 60 au quotidien, nous voulions louer un cargo pour notre séjour de quelques jours à Paris. Richard a été très arrangeant et de bon conseil pour le choix du cargo adapté (un Urban Arrow). Nous avons bien profité de Paris, malgré la pluie (les enfants étant au sec !) et recommandons chaudement Cococharge pour vos locations de vélo cargos de courte durée !

A bicicleta estava impecável, com sistema de cadeados super seguro para podermos afastarmo-nos descansados, capacetes, capa de chuva, tudo o que era preciso para passarmos um fim de semana incrível a pedalar em Paris, uma cidade verdadeiramente bike-friendly!
Voltarei sem dúvida a contactar o Richard sempre que voltar!Não conheço mais nenhum serviço de bicicletas em Paris, mas afirmo com toda a certeza que o Cococharge é o melhor!:)

Lo pasamos genial con la bici familiar!! Es una forma original de ver París y es ideal para ir con niños porque no se cansan, e incluso se pueden dormir un ratito...ni se mojan si llueve. Es muy fácil de llevar por los carriles bici y nos hemos ahorrado coger metros, buses...los niños encantados y nosotros también!! Y Richard siempre disponible y ayudandonos en todo, nos lo ha puesto super fácil. Sin duda repetiremos!
Lo mas divertido para ver Paris en bici!!! A los niños les encantó (llevabamos tres), no se cansaron de "patear París " e incluso sevpudieron echar una siesta.! La bici muy facil de llevar una vez que le coges el truco y Richard se portó fenomenal con nosotros. Nos explicó todo muy bien y nos ayudó en todo lo que necesitamos. Lo recomendamos cien por cien!!!

We hebben heel erg veel plezier gehad met deze fiets in Parijs. Richard heeft van te voren alles goed uitgelegd. De fiets (Gazelle Makki) is makkelijk in het gebruik en voelt heel comfortabel aan. Het is makkelijk voor de passagiers om in en uit de bak te stappen. De fiets is voorzien van een goed slot, voor de fiets zelf, een stevige ketting en een slotje ter beveiliging van de accu. Het was voor ons na 2 keer doen allemaal zeer logisch en makkelijk uitvoerbaar. De fietspaden in Parijs zijn goed aangegeven en er is eigenlijk overal een fiets teken aangegeven. Sommige straten zijn verboden voor een auto maar een bordje Sauf fietsers (uitgezonderd fietsers) staat er vaak onder. Een hele goede manier om de stad te zien, veel vrijheid. Ik zou de volgende keer weer bij Richard huren. Merci!

Het was een hele toffe ervaring om met een bakfiets door Parijs te rijden. Er zijn prima fiets paden, je kan op heel veel plekken komen en met een beetje regen zitten de kinderen heerlijk droog. De bakfiets werd super op tijd afgeleverd, voor de uitleg van de fiets nam Richard ruim de tijd. Alles was goed geregeld. Echt een aanrader!
Everything was perfect. The service, the communication, the bikes!!! I can recommend it in all items! And what a beautiful way to see the city wth a bike!!! We used the cargobike for our dog and for all of us it was a very comfortable way to drive!!!!
Ein absolut fantastischer Service, den Richard mit COCOCHARGE in Paris anbietet. Wir bekamen ein Bakfiets in perfektem Zustand direkt vor das Haus geliefert, und auf spontane Anfrage sogar ein zusätzliche Velo. Es war definitiv die schönste und entspannteste Art, mit unseren beiden Kindern Paris zu erkunden. Sie liebten die gemütlichen Fahrten der Seine entlang mit Blick auf den Eiffelturm. Die Kommunikation war perfekt, Übergabe und Rückgabe verliefen sehr angenehm, gleichzeitig absolut professionell. Unbedingt zu empfehlen!
We spend the summer in Paris and it was fantastic to be able to rent an electrical cargo bike from Richard to discover Paris by bike with my 2 kids in it. The bike we rented was of very good quality and Richard made sure we were comfortable and safe on it. Had a great day with Richard's service! Overall, this is probably the best way to see Paris with smaller kids: if they get tired, throw them in the bike. Rain? Rain shield -no problem. Paris is pretty bike friendly, and the bikes make it easy. A few things of note: - Richard goes out of his way to meet you where you are. We picked up at our apartment, and when we needed to finish somewhere else, he was there. He fully accomodated our schedule, which is a big plus - The bikes are excellent. I rode a lovely Urban Arrow that was like new, and it's built in GPS made getting around a sinch, routing you on bike paths if possible. They're powerful: we rode up to Montmartre, no problems - He provides serious locks. I was nervous locking up with such a nice bike, but no need Would highly recommend!
Très cool ! On a fait un mois pour tester les vélos cargos parce qu'on ne voulait pas acheter avant d'avoir fait un vrai test. Alors Richard nous a donné un contrat spécial pour tester quatre vélos différents pendent quatre semaines. On a beaucoup appris car Richard a expliqué tous les avantages et inconvénients de tous de ces vélos. Du coup, sans tester, on aurait fait le mauvais choix. Alors je ne peux que recommander ! J’ai fait appel à Richard pour me dépanner quelques semaines et cela s’est transformé en location de cargo longue durée d’une simplicité et d’une efficacité à toute épreuve ! J’ai transporté mes filles dans tout Paris et je regrette déjà qu’elles aient trop grandi pour ces aventures à 2 roues. It was my first time trying a cargo bike and he was very patient in taking the time to advise on which bike to chose, teach me how to use it and share tips for safety and comfort. Après 2 locations du vélo cargo Gazelle Cabby pour faire Paris Deauville et Paris Londres, nous avons réitérer le périple pour faire cette fois ci Paris Amsterdam.Une fois encore, nous n’avons pas été déçu par la Gazelle Cabby qui est maniable, confortable, résistant et aussi rentre totalement dans un monospace (Peugeot 807).La bienveillance, les conseils, le tarif, la disponibilité, la sympathie de Richard ne sont plus à prouver.Les enfants ont adoré.A une prochaine sûrement 😊.
The rental experience with Richard was absolutely perfect! Our setup was a bit complex, but Richard made everything possible! The bike was in perfect condition and very fun to ride. Our two kids (8 and 4) loved the experience of riding around in Paris and we loved it because it allowed us to do so much more! Dank des bikes konnten meine Tochter und ich Paris’ Hauptsehenswürdigkeiten innerhalb von einem Tag besuchen. Richard ist ein super freundlicher Pariser, der mir die Handhabung des Rads ganz ruhig und ausführlich erklärt hat. Die Sicherung des bikes ist ein wenig aufwändig, dafür kann man sich aber auch sicher sein, dass es nicht entwendet wird. Absolute Empfehlung!!!

Super! Wir hatten bei Richard die Lieferung gebucht und er hat uns pünktlich die beiden Räder plus Helme und Schlösser gebracht. Nach einer kurzen Einweisung ging es auch schon los. Kommunikation und Service waren super, Paris mit Fahrrad ist eine tolle Sache.Unser Labrador hätte eine Decke oder ein Kissen gebraucht, er hat sich wahrscheinlich bei jeder Bodenwelle die Knochen angeschlagen und war etwas unruhig. Nächstes mal wissen wir das.
My son and I cycled through Paris with the electric cargo bike with great pleasure… It really is an ideal means of transport, especially if you are with a child.. You see a lot of Paris, you don't have to walk much, you don't have to go in the crowded subway and you are very free. Richard is friendly, communicative and helpful and kept to the agreements. The bike cycled perfectly, was well maintained! It was great!

Wir hatten eine super Zeit in Paris mit den Rädern von Richard! Wir hatten das Load und ein Holland Rad und haben zwei Tage zusammen mit unseren Kindern die Stadt erkundet. Wer ein Lastenrad von Richard mietet, um mit seinen Kindern, in unserem Fall im Alter von 6 und 10 Jahren, Paris ganz entspannt, äußerst flexibel und v. a. mit glücklichen Kindern erkunden will, ist bei Richard richtig. Die Anmietung sowie Rückgsbe am Ort unserer Unterkunft hat super geklappt, zumal Richard so freundlich war, sich mehrfach auf unsere sich veränderten Übergabezeitpunkte einzustellen. Er hat übrigens auch eine eigene Informative Hompage. Wir können Richard nur empfehlen!

Paris is a city that we have been visiting for some time, but never with a cargo bike. And that was wonderful, given our two small children, with whom it can be difficult to travel through Paris. Paris is a real cycling city in the making, we felt very comfortable in the busy traffic, and definitely recommend a cargo bike. Richard, who rented the cargo bike to us, is very reliable, communication went smoothly and he is a nice guy. Next time we will be on the road again with his cargo bike! J'ai loué un biporteur (Cabby de chez Gazelle) pour une journée auprès de Richard. Le vélo était très bien entretenu, et venait avec sa protection de pluie, un jeu d'antivols costauds, et une fixation pour maxi-cosy.Une très belle expérience d'un bout à l'autre. Je recommande chaudement !

Terrific experience - Richard was very kind, patient, thorough and professional throughout the rental process. And he had great tips on where to go for dinner and how to get there! And the bike is an amazing machine- powerful, comfortable, and a joy to ride. My two kids fit very comfortably, and I didn't have to strain even going up steep hills. Great value, and highly recommended for anyone aiming to take the kids around Paris by bike. Next time I am going to skip the Metro entirely and renting a cargo bike from Richard!

J'ai bien aimé le vélo et le service professionnel. Même si le vélo cargo est en très bon état, il est à noter qu'il faut bien pousser pour monter Montmartre. Ailleurs, ça roule parfait. Heel goede cargofiets en professionele dienst. Hoewel de fiets in perfecte staat is, moet je zelf nog extra bijduwen om Montmartre op te klimmen. Voor de rest reed hij perfect!
