Excellent experience! Richard was very easy to work with and his bikes are well-maintained; he clearly has a passion for cargo bikes. Seeing Paris by cargo bike with the kids was unforgettable. Highly recommend!!!

Terrific experience - Richard was very kind, patient, thorough and professional throughout the rental process. And he had great tips on where to go for dinner and how to get there! And the bike is an amazing machine- powerful, comfortable, and a joy to ride. My two kids fit very comfortably, and I didn't have to strain even going up steep hills. Great value, and highly recommended for anyone aiming to take the kids around Paris by bike. Next time I am going to skip the Metro entirely and renting a cargo bike from Richard!

The rental was very uncomplicated and Richard, the owner, was very nice and helpful with the bike. The cargo bike was perfect for exploring Paris with kids.
The bike was amazing and was perfect for my 3 and 2 year old. Richard had great communication and was very accommodating. I will definitely be hiring the bike again in the near future

We rented Richard's Cargobikes on three occasions for a week each this year, which completely transformed the level of pleasure during our stays in Paris. My two little girls (and I) simply love cruising around town without any effort and the hassle of metro staircases.Richard is loving person and highly reliable, his many custom decorated bikes are in excellent condition, they come with super safe locks, alarm systems, etc. and he takes all the time in the world to explain the specifics of every bike. The price is unbeatable, and as icing on the cake, he can even deliver and/or pick up the bike wherever you are in city. Honestly, it doesn't get any better. I can only recommend giving it a try, Paris has also become a great bike city. We won't spend another day in Paris without a cargobike
